Fire risk assessments are not just a legal requirement, they can be time consuming, complex, often require specialist knowledge and opinion; so, we understand it can be a difficult task to get right and properly maintain.

Construction Fire Risk Assessments
KFS work closely with contractors to provide an independent, third party assurance that through-out the construction phase the specified standards of fire safety remain in place, in turn reducing the risk of costly delays at completion and handover.
After construction or refurbishment, and when a building is brought into use, Regulation 38 provides the framework for how the fire safety design information is supplied to the building’s owner or occupier.
